A riotously funny and thought provoking comedy drama from Brian Foster, author of box office smash hits: Maire a Woman of Derry, The Butterfly of Killybegs, From The Camp to The Creggan and When the Bogside Spinster Met the Carndonagh Stud.

Introducing Ashton Murphy singing: Pie Jesu, O’Holy Night, Panis Angelicus, Ave Maria.

In the sleepy Donegal village of Burnfoot, near Derry, 16 year old schoolgirl Katie McDaid claims to be experiencing visions of the Blessed Virgin at the historic Grianan of Aileach celtic fort on the hill behind Burt Chapel.

As with Bernadette of Lourdes 150 years before her, Katie’s claims are believed by some and ridiculed by others. In the nearby parochial house, even the priests are bitterly divided. Soon blows are struck, friendships shattered, lives changed forever.

Is Katie lying? Or has something wonderful really taken place?
