Last summer was the first time we ran a dedicated singing school and it was a huge success.
Watching EuroStar, Pop Idol and the X Factor, it’s clear that there are a lot of people out there who, while having a good voice, don't make the most of it. Well, we have a week- long course where people can learn to use their voice to its maximum potential, and have fun while doing it!
They’ll learn to take care, and control, of their voices using a combination of vocal exercises and breathing techniques. They’ll also be introduced to song composition and sing in small groups and as part of a choir, with music ranging from U2 to pop to classical to songs from the musicals.
It is suitable for people from 10 years old and upwards. The workshops will work towards a public performance on Saturday evening where they will show you what they've achieved.
