News: Theatre Club
We are currently looking into setting up a club for our local and visiting actors, directors, writers, dancers and other performers.
The intention is to offer a space where we can meet each other, exchange information, read material and generally keep each ourselves up to date with what's new in theatre and film.
The club will also give us the opportunity to update our theatre practice, learn new games for facilitation and possibly generate new work.
It will also give An Grianán the opportunity of obtaining contact and skill details for all participants so when work does arise you will be the first to know.
The possibility will also be there to produce new work ourselves through the group.
Our Education Officer Nora Kavanagh will holding an informal get-together at the theatre on Saturday 6 February at 2pm and interested people are invited to come along for coffee and a chat and we'll take it from there.
