Singing School

Cost: €120

Suitable for young people age 10 and over.

This is our 4th annual Singing School. It continues to be a huge success with a dedicated qualified team of tutors covering a wide programme of songs and music that appeal to all ages.

Singing School

The aim of the Singing School is to provide a forum for young people who enjoy singing to learn and develop their talents with qualified and experienced tutors.

While the minimum age is 10 years, there is no upper age limit for young people who feel they would like to contribute to the programme; anyone from first, second, or third level is welcome and will be grouped accordingly.

The Singing School teaches you to sing as part of a group in harmonies and solos and everyone gets a specialised singing lesson to cater for the individual needs of your voice. The singing lessons are designed to help you to sing and take care of your voice, which will prove invaluable wherever you go.

At the end of the week there will be a showcase where everyone can display their newfound talents on stage in the theatre that all your family and friends can attend. This has been an amazing success every year with family and friends stunned at what can be achieved in a week and gives you an amazing sense of accomplishment.

We hope you enjoy singing with us; there will be songs from artists and composers like U2, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, as well as some other familiar and not so familiar, even a couple of surprises! This camp gives you a great deal of confidence that you can apply to every aspect to life.

Tutors include Jim Maley and Jonathan Hutton.

10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, showcase on Saturday, time to be confirmed.

Family discounts are available on all our summer schools.
