Choral Academy with Jim Maley
Course fee: €120 (€100 each for siblings)
suitable for ages 10 to 18
Participants will be divided into two groups:
10 to 14 years
15 to 18 years
Back for its third year, and proving a very popular and excellent week, The Choral Academy aims to help each participant to learn to use their voice to its maximum potential and have plenty of fun while they’re doing it.
Throughout the week they’ll learn to take care and control of their voices using a combination of vocal exercises and breathing techniques. Other aspects of the course will include some fun team building exercises as well as an introduction to song composition.
They’ll have the opportunity to sing a wide variety of musical styles from rock, pop and classical. The tuition culminates, as is now traditional, in a performance showcasing the vocal talents of those who take part.
