The “Possibly So” Tour 2010
The Après Match team are ready to come out of hibernation and play ball at An Grianán Theatre.
Après Match are a national treasure, they have written and performed together for more than a decade now, having produced some of the "best comedy on RTE" (The Irish Times).
Gary Cooke, Risteard Cooper and Barry Murphy are behind the weird and wonderful characters of football punditry, exploiting every possible footballing cliche and twisting them to superb comic effect.
As well as the Après Match staples Bill, Eamon, Liam, John, Gary Linekar, Mark Lawrenson, George Hook, and Martin King, the boys will also be setting their sights on new targets like Martin O’Neill, Ryan Tubridy, Brendan O’Connor, Vincent Browne, Joan Burton and many more.
Après Match first appeared on RTE in 1998 and have since performed sell out shows throughout the country as well as producing 6 chart topping dvds.
This will be Après Match's first show at An Grianán since summer 2006. All credit to Gary Cooke, Risteárd Cooper and Barry Murphy for this new show which also features the sensational singing trio, renowned throughout Leitrim, “The River Tenors”.
It'll be a show of two halves, with everything to play for, grab your tickets now!
