Natty Wailer and The Reggae Vibes
with special guests
Tickets: €15
It's Donegal meets Jamaica in this great line up headed by Reggae star Natty Wailer. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Natty Wailer comes from the old school Reggae of the legendary Wailers with whom he recorded and toured as a keyboard player for over nine years.
Now resident in Belfast, Natty and his band are teaming up with some of Donegal's best known singers and musicians for a night of great live music that will bring you back to the days of Earth, Wind & Fire, James Brown and the likes when live music was organic and soulful.
After a gentle opening by upcoming singer/songwriter Siân Brown, special guest Mark Black will be performing a few songs with Natty Wailer on stage. This will be followed by Natty and his band the Reggae Vibes performing songs from his album "Lifted" and from his new album "Destiny".
Providing backing vocals will be The Henry Girls. This trio from Inishowen have modernized Irish traditional music into contemporary jazz, blues and pop music and they promise to bring a flavour of this to Reggae Vibes too! Fellow Inishowen Gospel Choir member, Kate O'Callaghan will also be joining them.
