When Irishman Michael is joined in his English home by his brothers and father he is forced to confront old resentments and tensions. He came to England for a better life, but the arrival of his family, who are ready to wage a gang war, forces Michael to take a stand.
Tom Murphy's masterpiece caused shock and controversy when it was first staged in London and Dublin.
The cast includes local actors Edward Flanagan, Kieran Kelly, Eoghan McBride, Andy McClay, Richard Hughes, JP Conaghan and Anne Gallagher.
Mouthpiece Theatre Productions
Mouthpiece Theatre Productions is a local cross-border theatre group. It was set up with the aim of bringing theatre classics to the local community. Mouthpiece was co-founded in 2005 by Keith Hughes and Anne Gallagher.
